This last Tuesday some ladies from Destiny baked over a 1,000 cookies; this as a ministry outreach for women who desperately need to know the love of Christ... ones who happen to be locked up in the Mabel Basset Maximum Security Detention Center. 
This batch was baked with love and prayer and then sent to women incarcerated - ones who had chosen to participate in a Kairos discipleship program this weekend. As you can imagine homemade cookies aren't something they get very often and this is a relished treat. Because of our church family, this weekend hundreds of inmates will know the love of Christ in a very unique and "sweet" way! Man, I love this church!
Matthew 25:34-36“Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in,
I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’
