fresh take on "fresh prince of bel-air"

i really dig this acoustic version of a "classic" tv show theme.

i especially like her voice and flow. really cool.

anybody know who this artist is and if she has an album out?

UPDATE: ok, i guess i wasn't smart enough to wait after the video to find out who she was. but THANKFULLY Betsy is...was...IS! the artist's name is Kay Pettigrew.
